How long is the delivery time for my order?

We strive to deliver within 2-5 business days. Please note, however, that in certain periods longer delivery times may occur due to holidays, jersey launches, etc.

How do I return an item?

You can return your order within 30 days. Please send an email to Shoppen@b93cph.dk if you regret your purchase.

Can I buy gift cards for Shop.b93.dk?

It is currently not possible to buy a gift card for the shop.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

If you have not received a confirmation that the order has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at Shoppen@b93cph.dk.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, all orders can be picked up in person at Østerbrogade 79, 1st floor. 2100 Copenhagen Ø.
If this is desired, please send an email to Shoppen@b93cph.dk immediately after ordering.
