How do I return an item? 

You have a 30-day full right of withdrawal when purchasing from Shop.b93.dk. The right of withdrawal is calculated from the day you receive the item.
If you wish to return an item, you must be able to present a valid receipt. The item must be returned in the same condition as received, and all price tags, washing labels, and other tags attached to the item must still be on the item.

To cancel your purchase, please contact us at Shoppen@b93cph.dk. Alternatively, you can create a cancellation case via the "Return Portal" link, available at the bottom of all pages on Shop.b93.dk

Expected processing time is 5-7 business days. After this, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Returning items

You are only liable for any deterioration in the item's value caused by handling the item other than what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and how it functions. You will therefore normally be liable for stains, smoke or sweat odors, scratches, or missing packaging caused by handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the item's nature, characteristics, and how it functions. In other words, you can handle the item in the same way you would in a physical store.

If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and how it functions, it is considered used, and you are liable for any reduction in value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a partial refund or no refund at all. The refund depends on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the returned item. You have a general obligation to handle and inspect the item with due care. You are therefore liable for any reduction in value caused by your negligence or lack of care.

Items that have been personalized - such as ordered with a number or name on the back of the shirt - the item cannot be returned.
