11. Cookies
11.1 What are cookies?
11.1.1 B.93 Shoppen also uses cookies to give you the best possible shopping experience.
11.1.2 Like most other websites, B.93 Shoppen works best if you allow the use of cookies. Cookies may contain personal data, but may also simply contain purely technical information. When you visit our website, we place cookies on your computer with your consent.
11.1.3 A cookie is a small text file sent from the web server to the web browser (for example Chrome, Safari, or Firefox). This cookie enables the website or server to collect specific, but limited, information from the web browser about the visitor — you.
11.2 How do we use cookies?
11.2.1 We use cookies to help us remember you when you visit the website again, and to remember which pages and which particular settings you may have chosen along the way — we may use this information to personalize the content shown to you or to avoid, for example, a pop-up being shown twice.
11.2.2 We register, for example, what type of browser you use, which search terms you use on B.93 Shoppen, your IP address, and information about your computer.
11.2.3 The purpose is to optimize the user experience and the functioning of the Website, to compile statistics on the use of B.93 Shoppen, and to carry out targeted marketing, including retargeting, to you. Our legal basis for this processing is your consent to cookies and our legitimate interest in marketing.
11.2.4 We use various types of cookies on this site. There are first-party cookies, which we set, and third-party cookies, which we allow a third party to set through your use of our website. They range from long-term cookies (to remember you and your preferences) to short-term or session-based cookies, which expire when you close your browser window. You choose for yourself whether to accept cookies via the banner at the bottom of shop.b93.dk each time you visit the site.
11.2.5 We may also use various social media tools — both third-party and custom-built — to increase user engagement on our site (for example "Like", "Share", or "Tweet").
11.2.6 If you already use these platforms, their cookies may be transferred to our site and linked to your user account. In that case, the data may be used to tailor certain advertisements or features on that platform based on your use of their service from the site.
11.2.7 We may use other third-party cookies (set by other websites, such as Google) to collect and store anonymous statistics on browsing patterns or website behavior and to build a demographic profile. This data is collected together with other visitors' data to form a collective analytics report. It is important to note that this data is not personally identifiable and is used solely for reporting/statistical purposes.
11.3 What do I do if I don't want cookies?
11.3.1 You are not obliged to accept cookies from our website, and most browsers allow you to reject them. If you want to know how to do this, please refer to the Help menu in your internet browser (for example Chrome, Safari, or Firefox) or contact your system administrator. Please note, however, that if you reject cookies, certain services or pages on B.93 Shoppen may not be available to you or may not function as intended.
12. Who do we share your personal data with?
12.1 Independent data controllers
12.1.1 We disclose your personal data when necessary to deliver goods to you. In such cases, your name, delivery address, email, phone number, order number, and specific delivery preferences may be disclosed to one or more carriers, e.g. PostNord, who handle the physical delivery. We handle all orders within the club ourselves, and you can also choose to have your order picked up free of charge either at the clubhouse at Svanemøllenanlægget during opening hours, or at the fan stand at Østerbro Stadion in connection with 1st men's senior team matches.
12.1.2 When completing a purchase on our website, you use the payment solution offered through Shopify Payments. We disclose your information (identity and contact details) and your purchase to Shopify for the purpose of enabling Shopify to handle your request to use the payment solution and to process the payment itself. Shopify's processing of your personal data takes place in accordance with all applicable rules, cf. Shopify's privacy terms.
12.2 Data processors
12.2.1 We entrust personal data to data processors, who process personal data exclusively on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We have entered into written data processing agreements with all data processors, including ensuring that they are bound by confidentiality.
12.2.2 Data processors may be located within the EU/EEA or in countries where we have sufficient guarantees that your personal data is subject to adequate security measures. We use data processors for, among other things, technical operation and improvements of B.93 Shoppen, sending newsletters, and targeted marketing, including retargeting. Two of these data processors are located in the USA (Shopify, which powers the software behind B.93 Shoppen and has a secure server setup that complies with all rules, and Rocket Science Group, which provides the newsletter system Mailchimp that we use to send B.93 newsletters).
13. Your rights as a data subject
13.1 You have the right to access your personal data
13.1.1 You have the right at any time to be informed of what personal data we process about you, where it originates from, and what we use it for, etc. You can request a copy of this personal data. Access may be limited out of consideration for other people's rights, as a result of trade secrets and/or intellectual property rights.
13.1.2 In certain cases, you may also have the right to have your data provided in an electronic copy or transferred to another data controller, when the processing is based on consent or contract (so-called data portability).
13.2 You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected or deleted
13.2.1 If you believe that the personal data we process about you is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected.
13.2.2 In some cases, we will have an obligation to delete your personal data. This applies, for example, if you withdraw your consent. If you believe that your personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, you can request that it be deleted. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law or other legal obligations.
13.2.3 When you contact us with a request to have your personal data corrected or deleted, we will examine whether the conditions are met and, if so, carry out the changes or deletion as quickly as possible.
13.3 You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data
